Trip Pricing and Booking

Trips are fully inclusive, covering accommodation, transportation, breakfasts, private tours, special experiences, VAT, and related services. Prices are quoted in US dollars and include handling fees and VAT; any tourism taxes are additional. An itemized cost breakdown is not provided.

The agreement begins once a deposit or full payment (in the case of late bookings) is received. Using the service confirms acceptance of these terms. When traveling with others, you must ensure they are aware of these terms. Terms may be updated without notice; the version at booking confirmation applies.

These terms and conditions constitute the agreement for hiring travel and related services.

Your acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms are required to proceed with booking and using the services outlined.  This step is essential for mutual clarity and legal compliance, confirming you accept all terms including payment, cancellation, changes, supplier relationships, and force majeure provisions.

Your returned acknowledgment also finalizes the contract and authorizes the service provider to proceed on your behalf. This ensures you have a clear understanding of your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions governing your trip arrangements.

Supplier Relationships and Liability

The service acts solely as an intermediary for suppliers of accommodation, transport, tours, and activities, who are independent. There is no responsibility for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or injury caused by these suppliers or their personnel. While reasonable efforts are made to select quality suppliers and conduct inspections, no warranties are given regarding the condition or fitness of supplied goods or services.

Supplier pricing and availability can change without notice. Errors or omissions in quotes, advertisements, or third-party information are not the responsibility of the service.

Payments and Confirmation

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card through a secure payment platform. Normally, a 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the balance due one month before arrival. Until the deposit is received, reservations, pricing, and availability are not guaranteed. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

For late bookings (within 30 days of the trip start), full payment is required immediately. No extra fees are charged for late bookings, but advance booking is strongly recommended.

Once payment is received, a confirmation email will be sent with trip details including itinerary, start date, total cost, amount paid, and balance due date.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be notified in writing as soon as possible. Non-refundable cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 30 days before trip start: loss of deposit
  • 15 to 30 days before trip start: 50% of total cost
  • 7 to 14 days before trip start: 75% of total cost
  • 6 days or less before trip start: 100% of total cost

No-shows are treated as cancellations, and the above charges apply.

Changes to Bookings

Change requests must be made in writing and may incur a non-refundable amendment fee. Costs incurred due to changes, such as cancellation fees from suppliers or rebooking charges, must be paid by the traveler. Some suppliers or airlines may treat name changes as cancellations requiring full payment for new bookings.

While efforts are made to avoid changes, sometimes changes may be necessary. If a change is unacceptable to the traveler, the affected part of the booking may be canceled with a full refund for that part only, constituting full and final settlement.

Force Majeure

In rare cases, unforeseeable events beyond control (“force majeure”) may cause changes or cancellations. In such situations, no refunds, compensation, or coverage of costs or expenses incurred by the traveler can be provided.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the USA.
