We believe in clear communication and a tailored approach to crafting your ideal travel experience with a process designed to be straightforward, ensuring we capture your unique vision for your trip and reflect this in the bespoke itinerary.

To get started please include in your first email as many details as possible. Some areas to include are below; please include all information you feel we need to know that will make this your best vacation ever!

Dates Of Your Vacation

Please provide your preferred travel dates, or an approximate range if your plans are flexible. Many trips takes weeks to prepare so this informaiotn is needed.

Interests and Activities

Please share your interests and hobbies, both generally and as they relate to travel, and the kinds of things you are looking to see and do. (e.g., history, art, gastronomy, wine, nature, hiking, beaches, etc.).

Destination Focus

Do you know where you wish to visit in Portugal or Spain? Maybe you have read about some special places you want to visit, or know someone that has visited and wish to include these in your vacation? Maybe you have specific regions or cities in Portugal or Spain mind? (If you are unsure, let us know and we can provide some options.) Your trip does not have to be limited to only one country; many clients have combine Portugal with Spain due to limited time available during their trips. We’re able to include both in all bespoke vacations.

Who WIll be Traveling?

Let us know the number of persons in your party. Are you traveling solo, as a couple, with family, or with a group? (If with a group – more than 6 persons – let us know the number of people and their ages to help plan your activities.)

Planning Your Custom Itinerary

After receiving your first email with replies to the above questions we’ll prepare a draft itinerary based on your answers. Should you like what we sent we can discuss formalizing our relationship and then work on making your dream vacation to Portugal & Spain an reality. Only after you are happy that you wish to work with us will be then ask for a deposit of 25% per person of the total amount of the itinerary, which includes services, accommodations and our fees. Once received we secure reservations for hotels, guides and all other necessary details.

Payments and Trip Documents

60 days previous to the start of the trip, final payment in full is required by wire transfer to our USA bank or credit card. We use an online credit card processor to provied the utmost security in payments (credit cards have a 5% surcharge)..

Following the final payment will be sent we’ll send, via email, the trip documents; your detailed daily itinerary, vouchers when required, contact information for guides and any train and entrance tickets or dining reservation confirmations.

24/7 Contact During Your Trip.

If Gregory is not leading your trip and are traveling without a daily guide we keep in touch via WhatsApp, Google Meet, FaceTime or another means to always be available to take care of any unforseen glitches ( this rarely happens).
