TO BOOK A PRIVATE TOUR

A 25% deposit along with a completed Tour Registration form will confirm your vacation. (You may charge your deposit using a credit card by phone.). Final payment is due 60 to 90 days prior to departure.   Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

FORM OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards for deposit. Final payment on all programs can be made by check, money order or bank transfer. Credit Card payments for final balance are assessed an additional processing fee of 5%. All fees related to bank transfers, credit cards and other forms of payment are responsibility of the travelers.

TOUR MAILINGS
Once your deposit has been processed, we will e-mail you a confirmation mailing that includes an invoice/payment receipt.

A final e-mailing is sent approximately within 15 days prior to departure and includes Destination Information, vouchers for accommodations, transportation (rail or airfare), necessary contact details for guides or independent arrangements, if applicable.

OBTAINING VISAS
Visas are not included in the cost of the program. USA travelers do not at this time require a visa. Visas should be obtained approximately 1 to 2 months prior to departure on a tour.

For non-USA travelers consult your embassy website for visa related questions. It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to have proper travel documents required for participation on the tour.

TOUR PRICES
Tour prices include all specifics listed in the Inclusions of each tour.

Prices are based on a minimum number of participants needed to operate the tour.

SHARING FOR SINGLE TRAVELERS
Accommodations in hotels are based on double occupancy. If you are traveling alone and wish to share accommodations, we will attempt to pair you with another tour guest who has also requested a share.

TRIP COST INCREASES
Tour costs are subject to increase without prior notice, even after you have signed up on the trip; although, it rarely happens.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations of confirmed reservations (reservations on which deposits have been received) are subject to a $500 per person administration fee (or otherwise as noted in the specific itinerary of a tour). Additionally, participants are subject to any cancellation fees assessed by the purveyors of services, including hotels used in the itinerary.

Cancellations within 30 days are assessed 100% fee.* In case you have to cancel at the last minute, we will assess a nonrefundable fee of 25%. The remainer of the costs are applied to another tour we arrange for you; you can also pass this along to another person. The only rule for the above is the tour must be made within 360 days of the starting date of the cancelled tour and the price must be equal to or above the cancelled tour rate.

No refunds will be made for any part of a tour in which you choose not to participate.

NOTE: We recommend taking out Trip Cancellation Insurance.

CANCELLED TRIPS
Iberian Consolidated Services. LLC., reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inadequate sign-up which makes the trip economically unfeasible for us to operate.

In such a case, a full refund of Tour Cost is given, but Iberian Consolidated Services. LLC. is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by participants in preparing for the trip (i.e., nonrefundable “Advance Purchase” air tickets, visa fees if applicable, medical expenses, special clothing or other personal items purchased for the trip.)

REFUNDS
No partial refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips or transportation for any reason whatsoever. Tour Cost is quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used.

AIRLINE TICKETS
We do not book international airline tickets. Tour participants and expected to arrive at the destination the day the tour begins. We can also arrange pre-arrival booking of hotel reservations.
