Our journey began in 1998 when our founder relocated from the United States to Lisbon after visiting Portugal soon after after working at the Barcelona Olympic Games, coinciding with the preparations for Lisbon as host city for the the 1998 World’s Fair (Expo ’98)—an event that showcased Portugal’s vibrant culture to the world and expanded Portugal’s visibility worldwide as hospital nation with huge potential for showing the culture and history to the rest of the world.
Gregory’s professional foundation in the travel industry started in earnest while working for the Lisbon Four Seasons Hotel and learning about the art of high-end hospitality by curating exclusive experiences for the world’s most discerning travelers.
In the early 2000s, Gregory transformed this expertise into a dedicated tour company with the philosophy that travel should be as unique as the traveler with personal contact and tailor made experiences that go beyond the standard guidebook.
Our founding principles have remained unchanged from the beginning; we give our full attention to your vacation planning and tours in Portugal and Spain and are dedicated to ensuring seamless travel planning that’s a collaborative effort between ourselves and you, the traveler.
Our planning process is collaborative. During our initial consultation, we take the time to understand what you want to experience and provide recommendations based on your interests, preferences, and travel goals. From destinations and accommodations to private tours and transportation, every recommendation is selected to create a journey that fits you—not a predetermined itinerary.
Many travelers begin with only a few ideas. As we develop your trip together, we introduce destinations, experiences, and routing options that align with your interests, giving you a broader understanding of what’s possible before your plans are finalized.

We'll schedule a phone or online consultation to discuss your travel goals and recommend destinations, accommodations, private tours, and experiences that match your interests.
After our consultation, we begin designing the first version of your personalized itinerary based on everything we've discussed. We'll continue refining the itinerary together until it reflects your travel goals and preferences.
Once your itinerary is approved and all travel services have been paid in full, we finalize your reservations and prepare your travel documents. Hotel reservations are made in your name, and you'll receive contact information for your accommodations, private guides, transportation providers, and other booked services.
To keep everything organized and easily accessible while you travel, we provide a dedicated Google Drive or Dropbox folder containing your itinerary, reservation confirmations, travel documents, and other essential information. We also use online maps and other digital tools to share locations, meeting points, directions, and helpful travel information, making it easy to access everything before and during your trip.
